What size door / opening do I need?


The doors are made to fit the opening. We’ll help you size it correctly, but an 8×8 door (as we call it) is actually wider to fit into the guides. It’s made for an 8×8 opening.

Can I install the door myself?


Yes. Our installs can require a fork and/or scissor lift, but if under 10′, you can DIY it. The door comes with instructions and video and when you’re at our shop we’ll show you how. We also offer professional installation across Utah, Southern Idaho, and Southwestern Wyoming if you’d rather have us handle it.

Are your doors secure?


Yes. Most doors come with slide locks. Motors also prevent the door from opening without an access remote or using a crank (from the inside).

What if I need a unique color or finish?


We offer a variety of additional colors door model: white, grays, black and a variety of colors.

Can I automate my storage door?

Yes, we offer motors that allow you to open your roll-up storage door with a remote or wall switch.

How long do they last?

A roll-up can last several decades. Obviously it can depend on how you treat it, but with very basic care, you’re in good shape.

Do you carry insulated doors?

Yes. Select models include insulated curtain options that help regulate temperature in enclosed spaces or protect sensitive equipment.

How much headroom is required?

Our storage doors can fit into as little as 15”, but it is recommended to have at least 18” of headroom to ensure easy installation, repairs, and access.

How do I frame a storage door?

The frame should be built as an H-frame. Think of a football goalpost. Call us and we can tell you more about it.
